In addition to the classic approach of NSAIDs, intra-articular corticosteroids, Legend and Adequan, Paragon Equine offers a variety of regenerative medicine therapies. The use of biologics such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), interleukin-receptor antagonist protein (IRAP), alpha-2 macroglobulin (A2M), Prostride (autologous protein solution) and stem cell therapy are all tools available to maintain the health of our equine athletes’ joints, tendons and ligaments.
