With 30 years of combined equine exclusive veterinary experience, Paragon Equine is prepared to manage most on farm emergencies. Most common emergencies include: - Eye injury - Colic - Neurology - Fever over 102 F - Acute lameness - Lacerations - Choke - Fractures - Poor appetite/depression If you are ever unsure if your horse has an issue that constitutes an emergency, we encourage you to contact us and we can discuss the urgency of the situation and decide together whether it needs immediate veterinary attention or is a condition you may be able to treat on your own. We love it when you are able to provide your horse’s temperature and pictures are often very helpful.
